If you’re like most people, your answers are a resounding, yes, yes and yes. The great news is that there is a way, it’s called coaching. People hire coaches because they want more in some area of their life or feel stuck and powerless to change. They’ve found it hard to keep struggling while going it alone. They see other people having an easier time of it and want the same for themselves. Whatever their reasons, they find that with an objective, powerful ally at their side, they can achieve more than by going it alone. During our work together, I’ll help you see that you’re already naturally creative, resourceful and whole and that you already have all of the answers inside you to help you create your best life. I’ll help you see your many, many strengths and gifts. As you rediscover them, you’ll feel more confident about your ability to make changes and go after what you want. You’ll begin to feel increasingly excited about your life and this feeling will have spin-offs you can’t even begin to imagine. You’ll find yourself living a bigger life and using many of the gifts that were given to you at birth. HERE'S HOW IT WORKS We'll hold what's called a discovery session, where I'll learn where you are now, what your values are, your strengths, challenges and what your goals are. Then your coaching begins, with weekly sessions lasting 45 minutes for the first three weeks of the month. The fourth and occasional fifth week of the month are yours to integrate your learning and decide where you want to go next. In between sessions, as with all Arbutus Coaching services, you'll be able to touch base with me by phone or email as needed. Sound appealing?
