Hello, and welcome to Arbutus Coaching’s website. I’m Kathy Santini, the coach in Arbutus Coaching. A graduate of The Coaches Training Institute (CTI), I am also one of an elite group of coaches who has been certified by coaching's governing body, the International Coach Federation. I am also a graduate of CTI's leadership development program. I live in Victoria in beautiful British Columbia, Canada. As a life and business coach, I coach individuals on personal issues, ranging from relationships to weight loss and optimal health, as well as business owners/employees on subjects like increasing efficiencies and incomes, achieving balance and a variety of other subjects to help them optomize their time and energy.

My company’s tag line, growing people and possibilities, summarizes what I do, but doesn't tell the whole story. To learn why I chose the name Arbutus Coaching for a business name, read on through the website.
